House Rules

Dear Guests,


Please read the following house rules carefully to help ensure a smooth and pleasant stay at our guesthouse.

WELCOME TO GRANDIS PREMIUM APARTMENTS!

Check-in and Check-out

We can only accommodate guests with a confirmed reservation.

Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If arriving after 6:00 PM, guests can access their apartment using a PIN code sent via email. In this case, check-in registration will be completed the next morning.

Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our staff the day before your departure.

Luggage can be safely stored free of charge in the lockers located at reception.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.


Guests Under 18

Guests under the age of 18 may only stay at the guesthouse if accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by a legal guardian, and must be supervised at all times within the building and surrounding areas.

Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by them.

Registration

All guests must be registered through our accommodation software system using a document scanner, and their data must be submitted to the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA).

The following data are recorded:

  • full name
  • place and date of birth
  • gender and nationality
  • mother’s maiden name
  • ID or passport details
  • for third-country nationals: visa or residence permit number, date and place of entry

Guests are required to present their ID upon arrival for scanning. Without this, we are legally obligated to deny accommodation.

Relevant laws and regulations:

  • Act CLVI of 2016 on the development of tourism areas
  • Government Decree 235/2019 (X.15.)
  • Government Decree 414/2015 (XII.23.) on issuing ID cards and recording biometric data
  • – Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals

Payment

Accommodation fees must be paid either after booking or upon check-in, according to the payment method selected (cash or credit card).

If a guest departs before the end of the reserved stay, we are unable to refund or reduce the accommodation fee.

SERVICES

Breakfast

A buffet breakfast is served daily in our dining area from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

WiFi

Free WiFi access is available for all guest devices.

Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned daily unless otherwise requested by the guest.
Cleaning takes place between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Parking & EV Charging

Each apartment includes one partially covered parking spot or garage space. An accessible parking space is also available.

EV charging is available for a fee. Please notify our staff in advance if you wish to use this service.

Wellness

Our sauna and gym are available to all guests. Changing rooms are provided.
Sauna use requires prior arrangement.
The gym is accessible 24/7.
All wellness facilities are used at your own risk.
Children under 16 may only use them under adult supervision.

OTHER REGULATIONS

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas – located next to the garage. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other indoor areas of the guesthouse.

Quiet Hours

Our guests come here to relax, so we kindly ask for silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of others' rest during this time.

Use of Furnishings

Please use all furnishings as intended. It is prohibited to remove any items from the rooms (including towels, blankets, bedding, etc.).

Kitchen appliances and utensils should be used with care and at your own responsibility, especially the oven and stove.

Before leaving your apartment, please always: 
– lock all doors and windows 
– turn off all electrical devices and air conditioning


The kitchen bin is for daily waste, and the bathroom bin is for hygiene products. If either becomes full, please notify our staff.!

Reporting Issues

If you notice any damage or malfunction upon arrival, please inform our staff immediately. Failure to report will be considered as acceptance of the room in perfect condition.

Should anything break down or become faulty during your stay – even beyond your control – please notify us immediately to prevent further damage.

Liability

The guesthouse cannot be held liable or provide compensation for damages caused by external factors (e.g., natural disasters, hail, power outages).

We are not responsible for guests' personal belongings.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the premises or violation of the house rules.

Lack of awareness of these house rules does not exempt guests from complying.
